Our Story

At The Frosted Shell Bakery, we believe every bite tells a story. What started as a mother-daughter dream built around family recipes, creativity, and a love for baking has quickly grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.

We specialize in our oversized gourmet cookies, mini cakes, brownies, and other sweet creations, always putting our own Frosted Shell spin on everything we make. From classic favorites to over-the-top flavors, our goal has always been simple: make treats that taste just as good as they look.

But our story didn't stop in the kitchen.

Just six months after opening, The Frosted Shell Bakery hit the road with our very own food trailer! What began with baked goods has grown into a full experience, allowing us to bring Frosted Shell directly to our community at pop-ups, markets, private parties, and special events throughout the DFW area.

Our trailer has opened the door for even more of what we love to create from our signature mini pancakes and waffles on a stick, our famous Waffle dogs, to Shell Shocker drinks, iced coffees, specialty treats, and, of course, the cookies that started it all.

Through every stage of this journey, one thing hasn't changed: we're still a family-owned business built with a whole lot of love, big ideas, and probably a little too much sugar.

We're incredibly grateful for every person who has ordered a cookie, visited us at a pop-up, shared our posts, booked us for an event, or supported this crazy little dream.

And we're only getting started.
